### Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

- name
- residential address
- date of birth
- IRD number
- billing information.

#### 2. Why we collect it

We collect your personal information in order to provide you with accountancy advice and in relation to our obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.

#### 3. Do we share it?

In some circumstances, and with your permission, Oxford Edge may provide personal information about you to a third party, such as a lawyer, investment advisor, financier, or Inland Revenue.

#### 4. Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
